On December 23, 2019 at approximately 6:15 p.m.
Officers responded to the Rite Aid located at 1808 Wilshire Blvd. An employee had been stealing narcotics from the store and an internal investigation had been conducted. The internal investigation revealed the employee had taken merchandise from the store on four other occasions. The store was desirous of prosecution. Alexander Michael Doyle, 28, from Los Angeles was arrested for embezzlement. Bail was set at $20,000.
