Friends, family and coworkers of Santa Monica Police Officer Rashad Riley gathered at St. Monica’s church on Thursday for a memorial service that included a 21-gun salute. Riley died while swimming during a Hawaiian vacation on April 12 leaving behind his wife and three children.
