Development: Developers for a proposed 521 residential unit project slated to replace the Gelson’s shopping center will be holding a community meeting via Zoom at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17. While residents have voiced concerns about the scale of the project, if it meets all building and zoning codes, it could qualify for “by-right” approval, meaning Planning Commission and City Council could not deny it.
