A who's who of Santa Monica’s economic and government leaders came out to celebrate the best businesses in town during the 2025 Most Loved awards this week. More than 400 attendees braved some mild rain to enjoy beer and bites at Santa Monica Brew Works while hearing the results of this year’s vote.
The 2025 event gave out 111 awards across eight categories as chosen by voters. A complete list of winners can be found online and the top businesses will be featured in the annual Most Loved magazine this weekend.
This year’s contest took on special importance for many local businesses as the region recovers from the massive wildfires and the area looks to remind potential customers that Santa Monica remains open for business.
The annual contest has evolved since its 2010 launch and is now a co-production of the Santa Monica Daily Press and the City of Santa Monica’s Buy Local Santa Monica Committee.
