# Santa Monica College Plans Valentine's Glass Sale

Santa Monica College will hold a Valentine's Glass Sale on Saturday, Feb. 7, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Virginia Avenue Park, 2200 Virginia Avenue.

The fundraising event, part of the Valentine's Day Celebration at Virginia Avenue Park, will feature handcrafted hearts, jewelry, vases, platters and other artworks created by SMC glass artists.

Proceeds will benefit the SMC Art Department and events at Virginia Avenue Park.

Each glass piece is a unique work of art suitable for seasonal home and office decor, as well as holiday, anniversary, birthday and other year-round gift needs, according to organizers.
