On June 8 at approximately 10:16 p.m., Santa Monica police officers responded to a report of assault with a deadly weapon on the 1400 block of 7th Street.
A suspect threw a potted plant towards the victim after the victim asked the suspect to quiet down. The plant did not strike the victim.
Carlos Carrasco, 52, of Santa Monica, was arrested but released with charges pending due to his medical issues.
