On June 30 at about 1:02 a.m., Santa Monica police officers responded to the area of 2000 block of Virginia Avenue on a radio call for service of a vandalism occurring.

The suspect was last seen riding a bicycle on Virginia. A possible suspect was located by officers in the 2200 block of Virginia. The suspect was positively identified by witnesses and taken into custody.

Andres Isaac Solorio, 22, of Santa Monica, was booked for vandalism with over $400 in damage and gang enhancement.

Bail was set at $60,000.
