The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education will hold a special board meeting on Thursday, August 9, at 4 p.m. in the district office board room (1651 16th St.).
The purpose of the meeting is for the board to approve a revision to adopted budget. As per Education Code, such revisions must be done within 45 days of the Governor signing the state budget.

There is a regular board meeting scheduled for August 16 at 5:30 p.m. in the district office board room: 1651 16th St.
