Scouts from Palisades-based [Troop 223](https://scouts223.org/?ref=smdp.com) got a masterclass in aerospace engineering on Feb. 28 when they met with recently retired rocket scientist Adrienne Russo. Russo shared her expertise with the Vikings patrol outside Santa Monica’s Museum of Flying. The meeting provided real-world context for the scouts as they work toward their Space Exploration merit badge.
