Starting May 17, community members can sign up for the City of Malibu’s exciting lineup of summertime afterschool recreation, sports and enrichment programs offered for kids in grades K-5, in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Malibu.
Community Class instructors will offer afterschool programs at Webster Elementary School, Malibu Elementary School and the former Juan Cabrillo Elementary School. The programs will include basketball, theater, soccer, co-ed baseball and more. In accordance with Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District procedures, afterschool enrichment programs at Malibu Elementary School and Webster Elementary School are only available to students who are attending in-person learning on the respective campuses through the end of the academic school year. Programs held at Juan Cabrillo Elementary School are offered to all Malibu students in grades K-5.
