The Santa Monica College Chamber Choir, under the direction of Jeremiah Selvey Convento, will perform a fundraising concert on Thursday, April 9, at 7:30 p.m. in The Edye at the SMC Performing Arts Center, 1310 11th St. at Santa Monica Boulevard, Santa Monica.
The program will feature madrigals, part songs, and small ensemble works selected by Convento "to lift your spirit and bring you joy."
Proceeds will benefit SMC's choirs programs. A suggested donation of $10 can be made at foundation.smc.edu/areas-to-support/choirsphp. Parking is free. Seating is first-arrival.
