SMPD: The Santa Monica Police Department recently hired several new officers including Elvia Medina, Bryan Sanchez, Tyler Bonura and Marcos Rubio. Several officers have also been promoted including Lt. Cody Green, Lt. Tina Greer, Lt. Erika Aklufi and Lt. Lewis Gilmour.
