Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine (RVUCOM) is pleased to announce the matriculation of student doctor Stephanie Boorstin of Santa Monica, California. Boorstin was one of 216 students selected to matriculate at RVUCOM out of an applicant pool of over 3,900 candidates.
Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine are fully licensed physicians who practice a “whole person” approach to medicine. Osteopathic physicians focus on preventive health care and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system.
Boorstin is the daughter of Lesslie Casasola and Steve Boorstin. She is a graduate of Pacific Palisades Charter High School. She attended San Francisco State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree.
