ON APRIL 26 AT APPROXIMATELY 10:21 P.M.
Officers responded to a radio call for service in the 1000 block of Palisades Beach Road for a vandalism. The suspect, Argelio Reyes, homeless, for unknown reasons threw a rock through the window of a residence. Reyes remained in the area and was contacted by officers. The estimated damage was approximately $1,500. The resident/victim was desirous of prosecution. The suspect was taken into custody and bail was set at $20,000.
