PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY — Police have arrested a suspect in an alleged strong-arm robbery that took place July 24 in the 200 block of Georgina Avenue. The suspect, Gregory Lamont Archie, 28, allegedly approached a female victim as she was preparing to go jogging and asked for directions.
