On Thursday, December 16 10:40 at p.m.SMPD officers observed a vehicle driving erratically and reckless. The Officers conducted a traffic stop and proceeded with a series of sobriety tests. Daniel Zana Rushakoff was ultimately arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
