The Beverly Hills Estates has launched The Palisades Estates, a dedicated division focused on helping the Pacific Palisades community rebuild following devastating wildfires in January.

The new division will be led by Jacqueline Chernov, a Westside real estate specialist who joined the luxury firm earlier this year. Chernov, a Palisades resident who lost her own home in the fires, is currently navigating the rebuilding process alongside many of her clients.

"The Palisades deserves thoughtful stewardship as it rebuilds," said Rayni Williams, co-founder and CEO of The Beverly Hills Estates. "Launching The Palisades Estates formalizes our commitment to this community."

As division lead, Chernov will counsel sellers and buyers on strategy, pricing and timing. She can also tap into her network to make referrals to independent architects, builders, lenders and insurance professionals for clients to consider.

"I was on the fire line with my neighbors; now we're on the front line of the rebuild," said Branden Williams, co-founder of The Beverly Hills Estates. "This division ensures the Palisades has dedicated support, clear market intelligence and a roster of partners to support responsible rebuilding."

For Chernov, the mission is deeply personal.

"Rebuilding starts with good information," Chernov said. "Our job as brokers is to give sellers and buyers clean comps, clear timelines and a strategy that reflects today's realities."

The Palisades Estates will offer listing strategy and seller representation for land, teardowns and completed homes, as well as buyer representation for rebuild sites and move-in-ready options. The division will also provide market intelligence including active pipeline tracking, comps and quarterly briefs for the neighborhood.

Additional services include rebuild guidance with referrals to vetted architects, builders, lenders and insurance advisors, plus community resources like homeowner Q&A sessions and small-group workshops hosted with partner professionals.

The Palisades Estates is actively pursuing a permanent, street-front office in the community. Until then, the team will maintain a visible, hands-on presence throughout the neighborhood to support families during every step of the rebuild.
