Crime Watch – Time to change the locks

On September 12, at 9:45 a.m.
Officers responded to the 1400 block of Lincoln for a trespassing call. There was a male subject inside an office who was refusing to leave. The subject was trying to get into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment. He was told to leave by management and refused. The building manager placed the subject under private person’s arrest. Michael Gregory Partizpanyan, 31, homeless, was arrested for trespassing. Bail was set at $500.
