On October 3rd at 9:13am,
SMPD Civilian Harbor Guards were notified by an employee who was on scene to open a business on the Pier, that a male subject had been discovered inside a closed standalone office on the trapeze lot. The suspect made entry by an unknown method. Officers located the suspect by the entrance to the trapeze lot attempting to walk away. He was detained and found to be in possession of property originally belonging inside the office. John Wayne Williams was arrested for 459PC- Burglary. Williams was held on $20,000 bail before being released on October 5th with a citation.
