On September 7, at about 5:19 a.m. officers were on patrol in the area of the 500 block of Wilshire Blvd.
Officers observed a subject lying down in front of the doorway to a business at the 500 block of Wilshire Blvd. The location has a trespass letter on file with the SMPD authorizing arrest of subject trespassing on the property.
The subject had been previously advised that she could not loiter on the property. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
Monique Felice Williams, 45, homeless was arrested for trespass and outstanding warrants. Bail was set at $36,000.
