On Thursday, November 26 10:29 a.m.
SMPD Officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Ocean Park Blvd. regarding a traffic collision with no injuries. Upon arrival, officers observed three vehicles with moderate amounts of damage. Two of the vehicles were parked along the curb, while one vehicle was stopped on the road. Officers spoke to the driver of the vehicle on the road and determined she had caused the damage. Officers noted that the driver had difficulty keeping her balance, her eyes were watery and droopy, and her speech was slurred. Upon conducting a series of field tests, Officers determined that she was driving under the influence. Lynn Jon McFadden was arrested for 23152 (F) CVC - Driving under the influence of drugs. McFadden’s vehicle was towed and several prescription drugs were found during inventory.
