On November 20, at about 2:55 p.m.
Officers responded to a radio call for service at the Luxe Apartments – 529 Broadway – regarding a theft investigation. Officers learned two subjects entered the subterranean garage and removed a television, cable box and cables from a common area of the complex. The property manager provided surveillance video of the incident. One of the subjects was recognizable to officers from previous contacts. On November 29, 2017 at about 6:35 p.m. officers located one of the subjects involved in the 2100 block of Lincoln Blvd. The subject was taken into custody. The second subject remains outstanding. Gabriel Daniel Gonzalez, 54, was arrested for burglary. Bail was set at $50,000.
