The Venice Chamber of Commerce will host a Happy Hour Mixer aboard a Catalina Crew yacht in Marina del Rey on Wednesday, Aug. 13.
The sunset cruise will depart promptly at 5:30 p.m. and return to dock at 6:45 p.m., with check-in beginning at 5 p.m. Guests will receive one complimentary drink upon boarding and enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres during the cruise through Marina del Rey waters. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening.
All attendees and their guests must complete a waiver before the event, with no exceptions. The waiver link will be provided in confirmation emails.
Parking will be available in Marina del Rey Lot 9, where Venice Chamber of Commerce team members will greet attendees for the cruise departure.
The vessel offers step-up access on the east side for guests requiring mobility assistance. Those with specific accessibility needs or questions are encouraged to reach out before the event.
Tickets cost $15 for Venice Chamber members and $20 for prospective members. Prospective members may attend two events before deciding to join the chamber.
The event is hosted by Catalina Crew, which operates boat rentals from Marina del Rey. The company's fleet includes yachts, duffy boats and powerboats for various occasions ranging from sunset cruises to fishing trips and family outings.
Located minutes from Venice Beach, Santa Monica and Malibu, Marina del Rey serves as a gateway to Southern California's coastal waters. The harbor offers views of marine life and access to destinations including Catalina Island and Palos Verdes.
