# Venice Family Clinic honors sponsors

The Venice Family Clinic held its “Silver Circle Thank You Dinner” last month to recognize and thank its most generous donors for supporting the facilities programs and services.

Held at The Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica, the dinner commemorated a year’s worth of hard work and outstanding achievements.

This year’s highlight was the presentation of two distinguished awards. The Irma Colen Leadership Award was presented to Dr. Joanne Jubelier, a prominent clinic board member and volunteer who has made a significant impact on the clinic’s growth and development in mental health and social work. Quest Diagnostics, the $550 million medical diagnostic testing company, received Venice Family Clinic’s Community Service Award for its business leadership and exhibition of extraordinary support of the clinic’s programs through the donation of in-kind lab services.

The Venice Family Clinic’s mission is to improve the health of people and communities through accessible, quality care. Founded in 1970 and located at 604 Rose Ave., it has grown from a small storefront operation into the largest free clinic in the nation. Producer to speak at SMC
