Officers responded to the area of Lincoln and Marine. A subject had taken a wooden stool and threw it at person's vehicle. The subject walked away from the area and was found by officers in the area. Cost of the damage to the vehicle was $1,500. Joy Antonette Norwak 52, from Pacoima, was arrested for vandalism. Bail was set at $20,000.
