Now that a new year is upon us, 2006 will prove to be 365 days of opportunities and challenges. The city of Santa Monica has many of both — a new city manager will start his job this month, as will a “homeless czar” who is charged with effectively dealing with our growing residentially-challenged citizens.
So this week, Q-Line wants to know, “What is the biggest issue facing Santa Monica and how should we as a community deal with it?”
