No banner day in SM Fabian Lewkowicz Winds wreaked havoc on the Westside overnight Thursday and into Friday afternoon, relieving palm trees of any loose branches and tattering a series of banners along Montana Avenue (right). A wind advisory remains in effect until noon on Saturday, with strong northerly winds 20 to 35 mph and gusts up to 50 mph anticipated.
