Brandon Wise DIRT DIGGLERS: To ensure that the Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery & Mausoleum can continue to offer residents a final resting place, the City Council is expected tonight to extend a contract with a financial management firm that oversees an account that pays for perpetual care.
