Q-Line asks readers how Santa Monica can better address homelessness

Published:

The issue of homelessness is complex, emotional and confusing for most people, especially here in Santa Monica, where the population is larger than in most cities.

The question of what to do about it remains unanswered. The City Council has begun its annual review of social-service programs aimed at getting people off the streets.

So this week, Q-Line wants to know, “How can Santa Monica better address the issue of homelessness here and throughout the country?”

Call (310) 285-8106 before Friday at 5 p.m. and we’ll print your responses in the weekend edition. Please try to limit your comments to a minute or less. It might help to think first about the wording of your response.
