IT HAD TO HAPPEN Brandon Wise The Union 76 gas station at 2601 Wilshire Blvd. raised the price of their plus and premium gas this week to over $4 a gallon. The station is believed to be one of the first in Los Angeles County to exceed the $4 mark.
