At first I could not believe my eyes. Then, I realized that your article was an April Fool’s Day joke. In fact, it appears that all the stories were in like humorous vein. At first I did not get it, but, then, when I re-read some of the stories, I noticed the names of the reporters, etc., and realized that the entire edition of April 1, 2003 was nothing but prank stories. I was all set to respond on the increase of parking tickets to $300, and then realized that you got me. All in good fun!
