It’s said that to raise children, parents need a lot of qualities, including a sense of humor.

SMASH School and Jersey Girl Productions present “SMASH Comedy Night — Parents with Punchlines” at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2, at Lula, 2720 Main St.

Listen and laugh with professional comedians as they discuss the insights and blunders of parenthood.

Tickets for the show are $20 in advance at the SMASH office, 2525 Fifth St., or $25 at the door.

Admission does not include food. Proceeds benefit SMASH educational programs.
