MEN AT WORK Brandon Wise Work on Santa Monica Place, located on Broadway and Fourth Street downtown, is moving along at a brisk pace as of Thursday afternoon. The once-covered structure is being transformed into an open-air shopping complex slated to be reopened in the fall of 2009.
