ONE VOICE, ONE VOTE Brandon Wise Local voters flocked to City Hall on Tuesday to cast ballots in the state’s primary election. Among the more notable contests on the ballot was the race for the state Senate District 23 seat, which will be vacated by a termed-out Sen. Sheila Kuehl (D-Santa Monica).
