The Santa Monica Police Activities League (PAL) is throwing a party on the Santa Monica Pier. The second annual PALpalooza benefit will funnel proceeds to PAL’s community youth programs. A ticket gives you free admission to all Pacific Park rides, a free meal, $6 for games and a choice between popcorn or cotton candy.
The SMPD will display classic and contemporary patrol vehicles, present SWAT team members for discussions and showcase canine and horse units.
PALpalooza will take place at Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier on Wednesday, June 28, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tickets are $20 each, or $60 for a family four-pack. Advance purchase is required. Call (310) 458-8988 for details. RAND gets speech from Swede
