Can City Hall really enforce the 150-person outdoor feeding threshold? Do the property owners on Ocean Avenue along Palisades Park really care to clean up their high-priced view of the ocean without homeless people?
We see it blatantly in the public sector and are now witnessing it in the private sector, and it may get even more pervasive. We see it on the Promenade and on Palisades Park in front of our homes, but we have to tolerate this. What next?
Families support this city and the support services should, in turn, show support of those who also want to share in community services.
I park there with my children. I am a YMCA member and have been for almost 10 years.
Does supporting the homeless really create a support system for our families? I’m asking a lot of questions but would still appreciate some answers.
With the way things are, we are not helping the homeless or our children and that has to change.
