City officials are seriously considering restoring commercial boating by building a gangway at the Santa Monica Pier, where visitors would be able to embark on sight-seeing boat tours and sport fishing excursions. The concept is to revitalize the pier so it can stay competitive with other cities and tourist destinations. So this week’s Q-Line wants to know: “Do you support revitalized water activities off the pier?
