Is the affordable housing in fact for life-long residents or residents of Santa Monica, or is this affordable housing going to whoever ends up in Palisades Park looking for a free handout? I would say the unbelievable fees are passed on without diligently seeing who the housing is going towards. The first step I would like to see is our residents are taken care of with affordable housing.”
