The Santa Monica City Council earlier this month discussed how many street performers should be allowed on the pier at any one time. The discussion turned into a larger debate about the atmosphere on the pier. Some elected officials think the pier should be quieter than it is today, with the idea that it should be a place to reflect and take in the natural beauty surrounding it.
So this week, Q-Line wants to know, “How do you envision the Santa Monica Pier in the future?”
