Santa Monica doyenne of the arts Bruria Finkel has assembled a collection of work by 36 female artists living in Southern California. “Then” refers to the women’s creations in the 1970s, while “Now” is clearly the present. The exhibition itself bridges the 30-plus-years that these self-identified feminists have been creating work.
