“I Can Find Shelter Anywhere,” an exhibit featuring new collages by award-winning Seattle artist Robert Yoder, opens at the Deborah Page Gallery in Santa Monica on March 29 and runs through May 8.

Robert Yoder is a West Coast artist whose work is in the permanent collections of the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, the Seattle Art Museum and fashion designer Narciso Rodriguez. The new abstract works, inspired by interruptions in the landscape, include mixed collage materials, paper, graphite and ink, combined with industrial materials such as vinyl adhesive films and reflective tapes.

Also featured will be high school senior Walker Flynn’s glass works. He is the recipient of two Gold Key awards in the 2007 Southern California Scholastic Art and Writing Awards Competition sponsored by Otis College of Art and Design.

The Deborah Page Gallery is located at 1028 Montana Ave. For more information, call (310) 458-4400.
