Celebrity co-chairs, actress Marcia Cross and writer/executive producer of “Desperate Housewives,” John Pardee, are rolling out the “green carpet” at an AIDS Research Alliance benefit on Sunday. The event “Into The Enchanted Forest,” is raising money for medical research toward the organic cure the nonprofit organization is currently developing from an exotic tree. The benefit is $200 per person and will be held at the luxelab salon. The all-day event will transform luxelab salon and luxehaus, a furnishings store next door, into a whimsical nightclub where guests can relax in the “Get Tested” lounge, and make various donations to ARA.
