As a nine year resident of Santa Monica, I believe the conversion of the apartments at this location (301 Ocean Ave) to luxury condominiums will be wonderful for the city. The current building is a very undervalued representation of such a prime location. Currently a majority of the building does not even have views of the ocean or park. A newly constructed, environmentally friendly building that maximizes the beauty of Santa Monica is a far superior site to see at the gateway to our great city. I look forward to this improvement and trust that the city of Santa Monica will ensure the outcome is representative of everything positive about our city.
