Guitarist and singer-songwriter Gabriel Gordon is a French-based musician most notably known for his experimental acoustic style. Gordon’s music is influenced by blues mixed with soul and rock. Gordon has played guitar and recorded with Natalie Merchant since 1998, and is currently collaborating with the Brazilian Girls. Gordon’s latest album, “Overwhelmed,” is being hailed as a “musically well-rounded” and emotional combination of classic covers and new compositions. Gordon is playing at Temple Bar, located at 1026 Wilshire Blvd., on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. Admission is $5. For more information call (310) 393-6611.
