A few non sequiturs for the New Year: The election is over. Bush won, again. Get over it (Viva la re-elección!). In 2005, “straight” is the new “gay.” Those who think Michael Moore’s films are truly nonfiction documentaries, well, enough said.
And speaking of fat, fat is not sexy, nor has it ever been (no matter what Camryn Manheim and Star Jones say).
All the people who threatened to move to Canada after Bush won — uh, you can leave now (and by doing so, free up some of those rent-controlled apartments you’ve been living in for the past three decades).
Santa Monica bums should be flown to Sri Lanka to see what true homelessness is really like.
