Published:

By Daily Press staff

Are you a hair stylist and want to help someone this Thanksgiving? For the past 18 years, a group of Westside churches and organizations have hosted Thanksgiving feasts to feed; distribute clothing, blankets and hygiene essentials; and give haircuts to more than 23,000 people in the Santa Monica community. Especially needed are state-licensed stylists as volunteers for Thanksgiving Day. Shifts start at 9 a.m. and continue until 3 p.m.

Thanksgiving dinner will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, located at 1855 Main St.

For more information or to volunteer your time, call (310) 394-3153. Pancakes anyone?
