The singularly precocious, 20-year old Joss Stone is making a tour stop at The Greek Theatre next week. She’s currently touring in support of her latest release, “Introducing Joss Stone.” With three albums to her name, the Dover, England-born Stone is already an industry veteran who has performed with big names such as the Rolling Stones, Gladys Knight, and John Mayer. Stone’s successful sound combines hip hop grooves with a voice capable of both a smooth R&B purr or belted out classic soul.
The outdoor show will be at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 27. The Greek is located at 2700 North Vermont, Griffith Canyon, Los Angeles.
Tickets are $30-40 and available at the theatre’s box office or through Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.com) outlets. For more information or to charge by phone, call (213) 480-3232 or (714) 740-2000.
