Randy Walburger’s idea is with consideration and is viable is some situations. I have seen Randy’s sleeping contraption and know it could work, but not here.
Indoor shelter for the homeless is already available here. Sites are all over the place. The thing is, indoor people seem to feel the parks, gyms, state and city buildings are better empty than used for this purpose.
Mr. Walbuger, points out an important aspect to this idea: Caseworks comes with this offering. This would better serve the homeless as it would the public.
