The Web site for the Human Resources Department could be redesigned to improve usability and online services.
The changes will be handled by PMC, which is expected to receive a $40,000 pay-check to complete the online renovations.
The cost includes improvements to the City Hall intranet, which is considered slightly out-of-date.
