On page five of Friday’s paper (Public Hearing Notice, Nov. 16) you have a notice of a plan for development on The Village Trailer Park site — about 250 apartments and condos, plus retail and studios.
I have one question: Where is the water coming from? We don’t have enough water for the people now. How can Santa Monica and the rest of California allow new development without new water supplies? Please think about it.
Don’t forget our supplies will be cut short from the north and the river water is also low because of development in the rest of the West.
